Basically, we are going to show you the to-dos and then give you a little bit of that secret sauce to knock the event out of the park. Exciting stuff!
Let me go ahead and break down a few of the topics we are going to cover and why they are important for anyone looking to setup their own virtual event. Depending on the nature of your event some of these items will not apply to you. By the end of this series, however, you should be able to understand what you need to know to host a virtual tradeshow, job fair, sales kickoff, or anything else you can imagine. This has been a HUGE topic for us lately. Not only are customers looking to recoup some expenses for these large events, they are looking to add more credibility by having well known sponsors attached to their event. Virtual Environments offer a number of options for sponsorship, from individual booth sponsorships to main hall banners and even gamification that allows sponsors to engage with the participants directly. We will touch on all this and some strategies that we have found that work for our customers when going out to market and finding and engaging with sponsors.

This is still pretty new technology. People know they want them, but a lot of times they are not sure what to ask when going out shopping. We will outline the 5 most important questions to ask yourself and potential vendors when considering Virtual Engagement Conferencing.
